Orphans First Prayer Requests May 12th, 2003

Dying, Beaten Mother of SMALL CHILDREN
     Valérie is an abused woman here in France, whose husband left her 
stranded in the street with a baby and pregnant.  She now has two babies and 
discovered she has advanced leukemia. Valerie has received Christ, but her 
situation is precarious.  Please pray for her and her children.  

R****** -- disturbed 10-year-old boy
     R****** is a deeply unhappy 10-year-old whose occult-influenced father 
refuses to see him without explanation, and abandoned him and his mother 
years ago.  The mother has had various lovers, some of whom mistreat the boy. 
 Please pray for this child, and the millions of others like him.  

The World Wide Day Of Prayer For Children At Risk
     The first week of June is internationally consecrated to praying for 
children at risk (See VIVA website).  Please keep this special time in 
prayer, even fasting when possible.  Pray for children all over the world to 
be delivered from suffering.  Pray specially for war-victim children, divorce 
victims, starving, abandoned, abused, sick, impoverished, orphaned, scared, 
handicapped children.  Pray for little ones everywhere without hope, who are 
victimized and afraid.  Pray also for laborers to reach out to these needy 
children.  Pray for those working with suffering children who come under 
particular attacks, and who are hated by Satan.  Pray for leaders of 
organizations and works helping children.  Pray for Christians to adopt.  
     Pray special even now for that first week in June to change History for 
the suffering children of the world.

ANSWERED PRAYERS on DIVERSE NEEDS
     Thank you for praying for troubled youth.  A turnaround is taking place 
but please continue praying as there are still some in terrible situations, 
caught up in a satanic web.
     
AFRICA
     The trip to Burkina Faso was successful and we are now expanding that 
orphanage. Pray for continued growth. 

OTHER ORPHANAGES & MINISTRIES
     Continue praying for our work in India, Ukraine, Poland, Russia, 
Albania, Romania, France, Togo, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Gabon (upcoming 
trip soon).  Continue praying for administrative needs for Orphans First and 
for us to be able to somehow travel more and multiply our efforts to reach 
more precious, needy children.
