This is an urgent prayer request for two different boys, in different countries, both called Emmanuel. I received a mail from a missionary friend in Equador who recently met a little orphan boy, 9 years old, Emmanuel. This boy had not eaten, although he was receiving some help from a center. His mother had died in his infancy and his father abandoned him. His biggest pain was that of LONELINESS. He wanted a mommy, or a daddy, or someone to hug him and love him. Equador, like so many countries, is filled with abandoned, frightened, lonely children. Please, pray we find a family for Emmanuel. And for many more like him........................ The second Emmanuel I've shared about before. He lives in Africa and is a young teen, orphaned through tragedy. My heart has adopted this "son". I sense he's a fine young man, desperately needing help along the way. I'm trying to get him connected with friends in Ghana or S. Africa (he's presently in Nigeria). Communication takes so long and Emmanuel just recovered from Malaria. Please pray we can get him to Ghana to go to Bible School there and become the man of God he can be. TRIP - Just a reminder to pray for our upcoming trip in a few weeks. It is a very important trip for the expansion of O.F. Pray for all the elements to fall into place.
