Dear Prayer Friends,

     Never a day goes by when I don't hear about some needy child.  In the 
past few months, I've corresponded with a young orphan boy, Emmanuel.  His 
story is tragic.  Parents killed.  Scary circumstances etc.  And he had to 
run for his life.  Presently taking refuge in an African country, I'm trying 
to help him get to our church in Ghana.  Please pray that the details come 
together and that he can get there quickly and become part of the church 
there.  I have a hunch God will make this boy into a real man of God some 
day.

ADOPTIONS
     Your prayers are clearly being felt by the adopting parents of Andrei & 
Lida in St.Pete, Russia.  Continue praying.  If all goes well, the kids will 
be "home" in America next week, beginning a brand new life.  I can't wait.  
Please also pray for the many children still awaiting adoption -- everywhere 
(Valery, Sacha etc.).

INDIA
     Pray for clear direction about when to visit India.  Pray for our "son" 
Nanibabu, and continue praying for our other "sons" on the streets.  Pray 
also for God to raise up some westerners to help out in our orphanage in 
Guntur for a season.  This is a real need.

AFRICA, RUSSIA
     Continue praying for expansion in many African countries and Russian 
cities, especially for an upcoming orphanage in St.Pete.  Pray we can begin 
something solid in S. Africa also this year.  

ALBANIA, ROUMANIA, POLAND 
     Pray for the street work ministries, and orphans we support.  Pray for 
growth and better communications so we can meet more children's needs.  Pray 
for the health of Mike, one of our major sponsors.  

BULGARIA
     I have a contact in Bulgaria eager to begin working with orphans.  Pray 
we can  make the necessary connection to check out this ministry and see how 
we can help.

FRANCE - youth
     Your prayers are felt.  Don't let up.  There has been a breakthrough 
with some youth (but don't let up, please, as the devil never does).  We 
sense that some of these troubled youth have a strong calling on their lives. 
 Pray they are released from rebellion to yield to this call.
     Pray also for a social worker friend working with Muslim youth, 
Christian, and another, Nathalie, working with suicidal and abused children.  
And pray for our own youth ministry to grow, expand and increase in dymamics.
     Continue praying for Guillemette's daughter, forcefully dragged away by 
the father and taken to another country.  Pray for true justice to be done.

O.F. & MISSIONS STATESIDE
     Pray specifically for a new tactic to increase our work with Orphans 
First and Missions stateside.  Pray as we seek partners enabling us to expand 
and enter into an entirely new phase of ministry.  Pray for God to touch 
specific key people who can help us to make a greater impact for the sake of 
the orphans and for missions worldwide.  Pray for us to have greater impact 
stateside.

TRAVEL & PERSONAL
     Continue praying for our upcoming USA trip.......  for all the elements 
to come together to make this trip possible, and for date confirmation.  Pray 
for some minor medical issues that need to be taken care of before taking 
this trip (Francesco needs minor surgery).  And continue praying for our 
daughter in Baltimore as she continues Bible college and seeks a good job.

     Please know that our prayers are with you, faithful friends.
