Dear Prayer Friends,
THE BATTLEFRONT HERE
I am again asking for prayer for certain teenagers who have been
targeted by the devil in a serious way. Some kids who have been making
right choices for God are particularly attacked by "something" so ugly, so
vicious, that it is clearly sent to make them turn from God. I'm not
talking about temptations. I'm talking about satanic conspiracies against
these kids. It is obvious that these teens pose a threat to the enemy who
is out to destroy them before they really serve God in the way that their
potential indicates.
The ugly face of satan has been very apparent recently regarding
children. Some families are again being forbidden to homeschool their
children, and the Christian Day School is again being slandered. France is
an extremely anti-God nation and we're not fighting flesh and blood but
demonic armies sent to destroy our children, and our work.
Ironically, next week we will have a special seminar celebrating
our TWENTIETH year in this godless land, and without a sabbatical. We are
probably the church that has raised up and sent out more missionaries than
any other place in France. We are also one of the only churches to have a
Christian Day School, and perhaps the largest growing Theological
Institute. I don't say this to boast but to give you an understanding as
to why the devil hates us so much.
Tomorrow, my husband turns 50, and I believe he has won more souls
to Christ than almost anyone I know, especially here in France. As pastor
and founder of this work, and as I am the founding director of Orphans
First, you can imagine that the enemy would want to destroy us. May he
never succeed because of our beloved Savior and King.
ADOPTIONS
Please continue praying for the finalized papers for Andrei and
Lida as the time for their adoptions draws near. Hopefully, they will both
be with their new parents before the year is out.
Pray also for the programs with the Romanian children, now
scheduled to America in December, with the hopes of finding them adoptive
parents during their brief stay. THANKS TO YOU who wrote letters to help
this transaction take place, it may well happen.

Grace Home orphanage in Guntur. I have chosen to remove the children's

PERSONAL
Thanks for praying for our daughter, now benefiting from life in
America. Thanks also for praying for our homeschooler, Jennifer, due to
come later this week. And thanks for praying for us as we are in a battle
not only being advocates for the suffering children, for human rights and
religious liberty, but in being a light in a very dark country.
Your prayers are not in vain. And neither are your actions on
behalf of the suffering children of the world.

TESTIMONY
Hi my name is A*****. My Parents are S****** and L******. I have to
sisters, K****** and T*******. Our family used to worship the Hindu Gods.
My
father used to be a labor at construction work and my mother was also a
laborer. He was nice with us but because of his bad friends he started
taking alcohol and had a secret affair with another lady. When my mom came
to know about this they both started to fight. He left us for sometime he
left us. Then my mom made all of us work along with her. After a few months
my dad came back, but there was no change in him. My mother got very
frustrated with him and one day she sent all of us to a shop so that we can
buy something. When we were away, she lit herself with kerosene. After five
days, she died. From then we had a terrible time. One of my uncles told us
about Grace Home and brought us here. In a few days time after coming here
my dad died in an accident crossing the road drunk.
Now I am in 7th standard and my two sisters are also in Grace Home. We are
having the best time in our life. We are so much thankful to God and to all
the sponsors. We are studying well and learning a lot about Jesus Christ.
Last month, August 11th I took water baptism. And I want to live for God
and
serve Him. Thanks.
TESTIMONY
Hello, my name is M*********. My fathers name is S***** and my mothers
name is M******. I am the only child for my parents. My dad died in an
accident when he went for the election campaign for a local leader. When my
mother heard about my fathers death she became mentally upset. My grand
mother then took both of us to her house. After a few days, my Grandfather
verbally abused my mother for depending upon him, then she tried to suicide
by drinking poisonous pesticide. The neighbors who noticed her took her to
the hospital and she was saved. A few days after this incident a neighbor
of
ours took my mom along with her. Saying that she wanted to do some
shopping,
she left her with some one else. My mother was waiting for her to return,
but she was actually sold by the neighbor. My mother because of her mental
illness couldnt know it. My mothers brother who came to know that
complained to the police and brought her back home. The police took action
on the neighbor and so she hired some one and had my mom murdered in a very
subtle way. I was left as an orphan. My mothers sister brought me to Grace
Home.
Now I am studying in 7th grade. I am learning more about Jesus Christ. I
was
baptized on the 11th August. I am very glad that I am here. Thank you all
very much
