Orphans First Prayer Requests Dec. 18th, 2001

Dear Faithful Prayer Friends,

        We arrived back in France on Saturday after two very, very busy
weeks.  Thanks for your prayers.  Our daughter got her license.  God was
with us during the Charity Banquet.  We had front seats, were blessed, and
many Kingdom contacts were made. Someone finally offered to print the O.F.
new colored brochures (you may want a copy).

ANDREI & LIDA
        Continue praying for God to raise up godly Christian parents for
these two needy Russian orphans, and for God to provide godly parents for
orphans everywhere. (Pray for God's guidance as one couple pray about
Andrei & Lida).

O.F. SPECIFIC NEEDS
        Our "busier than planned" trip was filled with some unexpected
hindrances which God will no doubt ultimately use for His glory. Some
important prayer requests to help "free the way" to go forward reaching
suffering children hinge around technical and administrative details. 
Please pray for the following;  
*  computer details and competent computers, *  for some O.F. staff, 
*  for all details from printing brochures to web-sites etc.  
The children's future depends on these details.

SPIRITUAL WARFARE
        As with all works of God, rescuing children involves warfare. 
Pray:
*  for God to protect all our sponsored children, to bring in new children,
to rescue those still in the streets, or those who have returned to the
streets, especially in India. (Pray especially for Nanibabu, Gorawaiah,
Mukesh, Vijay, Arun, Rahoul, boy at railway station, and two brothers I
forget their names.  Pray also for Shadrack, Jane and others in streets of
S.Africa.
*  for God to deal with evil doers trying to destroy this work, whether
they do so willingly or whether they are just victims of the atmosphere.
*  for provisions to start a new orphanage in St. Petersburg, Russia.
*  for the couple offering to print up brochures for O.F. (for God to bless
them and also for us to get those brochures out before Christmas by a
miracle).
*  for finances to reach our goal for presents for over 5,000 orphans this
Christmas.

USA & ABANDONNED CHILDREN EVERYWHERE
        Like elsewhere in the world, America is filled with abandonned,
hurting children, even though their suffering may be less overt than in
poorer countries.  Pray for the many children hurting from divorced
parents. Pray for six-year old M******, rejected by his father's new wife,
separated from his drug addict mother, and whose need for love is just
overwhelming.  Pray for all those like him (including Christopher and Jimmy
here in France), and continue praying for D*** and other older children
waiting to be adopted in America, or elsewhere.

AFRICA & INDIA
        Pray for upcoming trip to Africa to begin new orphans works.  (And
for guidance as to when we should eventually go to India again).
