Orphans First Prayer Requests Nov.21st, 2001

Dear Prayer Friends,

        Thanks so much for praying since last prayer requests.  Your
prayers are FELT.  God has begun providing for our USA trip so we should be
leaving on Nov.29th - Dec.15th.  Thanks for continuing to pray that the
trip have MAXIMAL effect for the Kingdom, and the suffering children.

CHRISTMAS PROJECT

        Check the Orphans First Website again.  The Christmas page is
finally there.  Please pray as we seek to give gifts to over 5,000 orphans
this Christmas in: Russia, Baku, Albania, Romania, India, Africa, France. 
(This project is above and beyond the monthly sponsorship for the orphans
we support in our orphanages).  We need finances for to buy the children's
gifts---their only Christmas present.  Pray for churches to get involved.

CHILD SLAVES
        Afghanistan is filled with child-slaves.  Pakistan also.  And many,
many other countries.  Many work twelve hours a day, beginning at dawn, and
as young as four years old.  One five-year-old gaunt boy forced to make
carpets every day, except Fridays, said: "Sometimes I play marbles after
work, or on Fridays.  I love marbles".  

ABUSE - France and worldwide
        There are more children abused, sexually or otherwise, than ever
before.  Recently, four small children were discovered in France, after
having been "rent out" by their own parents for years to pedophiles in
their village.  The oldest child is nine.
        Pray for suffering children everywhere. 

ADOPTIONS
        Adoption is strongly on my heart.  Pray as we seek to expand to
help Christian adoptions.  Continue praying for Andrei & Lida, D*** and all
the other children waiting to be adopted. 
        I received a letter from an orphan girl in St.Pete who grew up in
an orphanage.  She now attends Bible school, thanks to the investments of
the GGWO team there. (Pray for us to have our own orphanage in St.Pete).
        Ukraine - Pray for the three children we support.  A couple seek to
adopt them, but they are not Christian.  Pray for wisdom, God's will etc.
