World Weekend of Prayer for Children at Risk
2nd–3rd June 2007

Dear friends,

 

The World Weekend of Prayer for Children at Risk is now less than 4 weeks away! Christians around the world are planning to join in prayer on 2nd and 3rd June, and there is still plenty of time to be part of this global gathering.

 

Prayer events will be happening in churches and homes, children's centres and schools, in dozens of nations across 5 continents. Remember to register your event at www.viva.org/wwp_events, so we can pray for you and build up a picture of the prayer events taking place worldwide.

 

Go to www.viva.org/pray for a prayer booklet in your language, a Powerpoint presentation, poster and more resources to help you pray for children at risk this June. God's heart is to bring hope to children. He is the light of the world (John 8:12), and he can bring that light into the darkest places.
