URGENT PRAYER & APPEAL TO HELP TSUNAMI VICTIMS The earthquake and tsunami that hit South Asia at Christmastime is probably the worst natural disaster of our lifetimes. Some 19,000 people have died, and millions are homeless, hungry, suffering, and grieving. The pain is immeasurable. I know we’re all praying. And many are giving also. But in case you know people who want to give and don’t know where to, I would suggest sending money to Samaritan's Purse (president: Franklin Graham) which has emergency relief teams working diligently to help and bring comfort to the survivors in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, and Thailand. Those teams need our prayers, and we could also pray that God MULTIPLIES the supplies being sent and that they get to the needy people.
