IMPORTANT O.F. Prayer Requests Nov.20th, 2004 Please keep the following issues in prayer as well as continuing to pray for all that was included in the last prayer requests. INDIA A church ministry in N. India has approached me wanting to start work with the needy children and begin an orphanage. Please pray that God would guide us to know how we can partner with them. Pray for an upcoming trip to S. India in March (with some of our church-members from France)—that God would guide and show if we should also go to N. India. (Traveling in India is not an easy thing so these decisions must be led by God. Even to get to my orphanage in S. India is a BIG ordeal). Pray also for us to know if we should build another building for our work in Guntur specifically for AIDS children. HAITI Continue praying for our new orphanage, and specifically that we could find the money for rent. It costs $4000 per year. Pray for that work there. USA delinquents To my shock, I discovered that many children in America have also had no Christmas present ever, especially delinquent children. There is a home for delinquents in my area. Some of the kids are in there to be protected from violent families (there is a tragic shortage of foster homes in this country. CONTACT ME if you’re interested in fostering). We would like to provide gifts for 30 delinquent children. I’m thinking of beanie hats for one thing (restrictions prohibit many items), and toiletries. Pray we can get hats cheaply, and maybe other things. Most of all, pray for God to reach these precious children. How unfair life is! I cannot imagine a child in America not getting a gift. May God lead us to ALL of them, and provide for all of them. CHRISTMAS PROJECT I have received propositions from several places, including Baku, Azerbaijan, and from Uzbekistan to name a few. They are planning to give gifts to literally hundreds of children. Each location and church needs thousands of dollars to buy these gifts. Pray the money would come in through generous Christmas donations to Orphans First. Pray for every child to receive a gift— every one God has planned. ADOPTIONS Continue praying for a family for Nikita, and for all the other children needing to be adopted. Pray for the families adopting, for finances & other details. LOGO, BROCHURE & STRUCTURE of O.F. Someone is working on a logo. Someone else on a brochure. God is good. (And His people are generous). Pray for them to be totally inspired by God to meet the needs of O.F. Pray for the ever-expanding needs of O.F. and for God to clearly guide in how to better structure it for the future. Pray for me to have wisdom. PERSONAL – ITALY/FRANCE Please pray for my husband, presently evangelizing in Italy. He was also in France. More to tell on that later…… Please pray for Francesco & I here (the enemy attacks more when my husband’s away). My daughter is in Baltimore for this time.
