Praying Friends,

HAITI
As you know we've adopted an orphanage of 42 children. They desperately
need rent for the home for the next year. This amounts to $ 4000 --- URGENTLY
needed if we are to prevent the home being closed down. Time is short for
this.

We are also helping another orphanage and orphan ministry. They too need
help. And they have shared with us that until now, Haiti has been a
cooperative country for adoptions by Americans. However, the law is on the verge of
being revised, and old laws may be implemented again which are very restrictive
and would prohibit many adoptions, leaving thousands of children without
hope again. The law would mandate that potential adoptive parents must be
between ages 35 - 45 only, and should not already have any children at all. Such
a law would cut down by 95 per cent the adoption rate in Haiti. It would be
devastating. Please pray against the re-installation of this law. Pray for
Mr. Cadet who would be instrumental in making the decision regarding this
issue.

NB. Haiti was badly struck by the hurricanes. People are starving. Just
recently, a baby was poisoned in the hospital by its own mother. That baby
was being helped by a friend of mine. This same friend has walked on tiny
corpses of dead children who were eaten by pigs. There is no end of horror
stories in Haiti, land dedicated to Satan.

CUBA, ZIMBABWE, SIERRA LEONE, the world.
There are other countries wallowing in dispair with many orphans.
Guantanamo Bay in Cuba is littered with Haitian refugees. Their children die of
starvation all the time. Honduras is so impoverished. The DR has thousands of
Haitian refugees that are treated terribly and die of starvation every day.
Jamaica is teeming with orphans that don't have any caretakers. Sierre Leone
is a mess. Zimbabwe has all but been shut down. They have had to close
orphanages there because of the war and no money coming in. Pray we can find
people in Zimbabwe with whom to co-labor.

NIKITA
Continue praying for dear Nikita, 13-year-old boy who still needs an
adoptive family. Continue praying for kids to get adopted.

O.F. generally
Continue praying for O.F.'s Christmas Project, for the restructuring of
everything, including a logo, a new brochure (thus needing a free yet pro.
graphic artist to help), for more hands-on help, and an office here where I am.
The DVD got fixed, and anyone wanting a copy can e-mail me (we may have to
charge the cost price to send it out to you).

blessings to all,
