Dear Prayer Friends,

     This is how we can pray for the 28 Moldovan orphans who were supposed to 
go to America with hopes of meeting adoptive families, but who were blocked 
by sin and selfishness in high government places:

1. Please pray that the Moldovan officials will honor their agreement which 
allowed the children to come to America for summer camp and to meet families 
who might adopt them.
2. Please pray for the children, who like the families must be confused and 
heartbroken over their shattered opportunity to go to camp in the USA, as it's 
been so long delayed (and of course, pray that the camp that eagerly awaits 
their arrival will not be cancelled!)
3. That in any event, whether or not they come for camp, that families will 
be found to adopt them straight out!

Personal
     Thanks for praying for the visit (and especially the salvation) of my 
brother Paul and his wife Rachele.  They are supposed to arrive in France from 
England tomorrow.  There are strikes in airports (again) so please pray their 
flight won't be affected.  

Traumatized children
     Pray for a little baby boy, Antoine,  recently torn away from his mother 
because she is a drug-user.  Pray the grandparents choose to take him in.  
Pray for all children ripped away from loved ones, abandoned, discarded, 
rejected, abused, traumatized, frightened, lonely, hurting, in despair.  Pray for 
needy children everywhere.

Maheshe in Uganda, WISDOM from above
     Please pray for a refugee orphan, Maheshe, in Uganda, seeking help.  
Please also pray we can somehow reach the MANY people who solicit our help for 
orphans in Uganda.  Pray God would give us wisdom to know which cases are 
genuine, and people in these countries to check the works out.  There are so many 
needy children.

India
     Pray as we seek to begin another orphanage in South India, beginning 
with 25 children.  Pray for the couple planning to run this work and for all that 
is entailed in setting up.  Pray for sponsors to help the children and allow 
this work to be born.
