I hate to bug everybody again.  I asked for prayer before about my panic 
attacks and my whole situation of having anxiety for over ten years now.  I 
get worse everyday. I trust in Jesus and I am letting him help me, but I try 
to fight the anxiety some to and I must be getting in Jesus's way.  Please 
email me back with prayers, ideas, bible verses, whatever you can.  I am not 
perfect and I have not prayed for any of you since I joined the group yet, and 
I am sorry for that. Please forgive me for that.  Please also keep a few 
friends of mine in prayer. Their names are: Brian, Adam, David, Irv, 
Gerald,Tom, and anyone who suffers from anxiety disorders.  Anxiety disorders 
are tough to get over and I know others must suffer with them. If you do, will 
you please send me email to. I would gladly appreciate everybody's help.
