To all those on the healing list.....

I wish to make a statement regarding the recent letter to Pastor Dacre
which I had assumed was a private letter as all the others we had been
engaged in. It was only after i received in in my mailbox under the
healing group that i realized that the privacy had been forgone and it
was not of my doing as i only pushed "reply" in my chooseings.
But in any case the cat is out of the bag ..some people may not
favor my insights and some may....i'm glad to see that there are some
that dare to question the "miracle"....NOT the miracle of God.....
but the miracle of man. PLease do not make a mistake and this that I am
anti Christ or anti God for I assure you I am not...
I feverntly belive becasue of other proof that i believe in.....
but I do not confuse man with God and as such since i had asked for
healing from this particular site and again did not receive healing
( after the usual disclaimer) I was asked to review the website and
asked my opinion of it..thus followed my letter.

I ask all of you not to stop beliveing in the grace. mercy and spirit of
God for it is there and we must learn to connect with it and God willing
some day we shall connect more and perhaps also receive our miracles by
one venue or another....but for me a miracle from God would have to
really make itself know as a miracle...for i admit i'm thick headed and
subtlies are lost on me....i don't want to hear voices in my head and
think that God is talking to me....there were obvious events that
occurred in the days of Christ and such occurances can happen again
should God so wish it. But I personally am disappointed, then disgusted
and then angered bu all those "healers" out there that lift our hopes
when we are living desperate times. It is abhorant....and some know that
they are scamming and some may believe they have a gift and some mean
well......for those latter types.please realize the harm you do.....
and for the scam artists ( of which i do not believe Phillip is one for
he does not profit from it) to hell with them..may they know the same
measure of suffering that we do. I will continue to seek a gifted person
for I believe there are some out there.....it just seems the odds
small....in the meantime i shall take my time to commute with the spirit
and learn, and be humbled and should I ever be granted the graciousness
of instant healing to be sure I shall shout it to the rooftops....
and it happened here in the USA!

> Right on Claire! I am so glad you posted this letter. As someone who has tuned in on this website for awhile I have also wondered about such postings from Mr. Dacre. And exactly the very questions you raise: Why do all of these supposed raisings of the dead happen in Africa? Or why are those the only ones reported? And as you suggest, the biggest question of all--why are these raisings not documented by outside sources/authorities? I mean, someone actually being raised from the dead in the manner that Jesus raised Lazarus would be shocking, earthquaking, absolutely mindblowing news--if it were reported in, say, Life, Time, Newsweek, the Washington Post, the Journal of the AMA, etc. Such news would rock the world. Journalists would give their entire career for such a verified story. It would be as great a newsstory as
> an actual vaccine which defeats HIV. The greatest news of all time--and the only place we hear of it is on this website, posted by the same person? I must admit, I remain to be convinced.
