Susan, I think what he is saying is "Since Jesus healed everyone who came to Him, we can conclude that it is His will that everyone be healed." However, since we are not seeing everyone get healed, we attempt to justify our failures by saying things like "well maybe its not God's will to heal everybody," and "some sickness is for the Glory of God," and "If we can heal people, why don't we walk the corridors of hospitals and empty them,"etc. As one that has received remarkable healing from strokes, I can testify to God's ability and willingness to heal. Yet at the same time I have other medical problems that remain "untouched." So I conclude from the healing I have already rec'd that it is, in fact, God's will to heal. But I must continue searching for "why" and "how" concerning the remaining problems. I hope this helps.
