Jesus wants our simplicity in trusting Him. His hand on our head and our trust He will not let us down. Our healing has to come to us by His grace. Divine Healing! Jesus said "Let not your heart be troubled..." (John 14:1) Trust is the oppositie of being troubled and yet when you are sick, it is very troubling. But we must fight through this fearfulness and arrive at the other side in the land of faith and belief. Our fight is not a fight to get healed but a fight to stay "un-troubled", unfearful, and not worried. When exercising authority over the devil, it is important not to be in worry when trying to exert control. Jesus even to demon not to advertise Him (Mark3:12) He gave them strict instructions not to. They had to listen and, in His name , they now have to listen to you. We wrestle against fears in order to arrive into faith. When without trouble then to trust Jesus, is to receive healing. "Freely you have received....." freely give! It is freely received. When Jesus healed it was easy to receive it. It still is and Jesus is still in the healing business. Taking authority over our fears causes their expulsion. The devil is a real person and needs to be driven out of our lives, before true trust in Jesus can result. It is so simple, but being simple, for us westerners, can sometimes be very hard. Wrestling with doubts and fears is important part of prayer. Until the prayer of faith is arrived at. WHen the prayer of faith is given, then God promises healing. "The prayer of faith shall heal the sick and if he has committed sins, he shall be forgiven." James 5:16 "The effective, ferverent (heartfelt, convicted, fully convinced ) prayer of a righteous man, (like Elijah) releases tremendous power (amplified). Jesus wants you to "fully trust, believe and rely upon Him" To do this we have to boot fears, insecurities and worries out, using our divine authority give to us in Luke 10:19. Driving out these demon of hell sent to torment and make us sick. ANd to ask for Jesus to put His hand upon our heads....He is still them same man, today, as he was yesterday. He does not refuse. After battling we come through to trusting in Him. Many people find this difficult."Just put you hand on my head Jesus and dont me healing" He wont he remains true to His nature!
